- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure all Feel Pretty service bookings, including Masterclasses.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call, text or email at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may result in the loss of your 50% deposit. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in the full service amount being charged.
- Children at Appointments: To help create a calm and relaxing experience, and to allow full attention during your appointment, we kindly ask that children are not brought to appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
- Pricing: All prices quoted for Feel Pretty services, products and Masterclasses are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
